If you're a dependable, curious person who enjoys learning new things then Dean is a great spot.  Base pay is 15.50 plus tips which can add between

$4.50 - $9 per hour depending cafe traffic. Training wages begin at $20 per hour including tips and increase after 90 days.

We offer four paid trial shifts so you can interview us as well.  Great matches start their 5th shift as a full team member and join our tipping pool.    Good times.
