We offer 4 paid trial shifts @ 16.50/hour so you can interview us as well.

For the first 90 days teammates earn 16.50 plus 4 in tips (20.50 hourly). 

After that teammates graduate into our 2nd tipping pool which adds about 8 - 10/hour on top of base 16.50 (24 - 26.50 per hour).   

 

We have a bonus structure in place for milestones at the 600, 900 & 1200 hour and educational offerings for senior members.

Weekend availability is crucial which makes it easy to grant time-off needs for all teammates & 4 shifts per week minimum are required.
