We offer 4 paid trial shifts @ 17/hour so you can interview us as well.

For the first 235 hours/90 days teammates earn 17 plus 4 in tips hourly (21 hourly). 

After that teammates land in the 2nd tipping pool which adds  $8 - 10/hour of tips so hourly typically hits over $25.

 

We have a bonus structure in place for milestones at the 600, 900 & 1200 hour and educational offerings for senior members.

Also: flexible schedules, gratis shift drinks, a staff meal & an off-hours employee discount. But most important - the team is awesome.  It's a great batch of folk.  4 shifts per week are required & weekend availability is a prerequisite which makes it easy to grant time-off needs for all teammates.
